Big Shoutout To Saga

Just wanted to say how awesomely saga's customer service handled a problem I had..

I got one of their Insulated Flannels and on the second day of wearing one of the buttons fell off on me, so I was pretty disappointed. I emailed Saga explaining what happened and throwing a couple of pictures of the button and they emailed me pretty quickly saying that the flannel I bought was out of stock, but they would give me a gift card for $100.

I was pretty and still am stoked about how cool they were about it and made up for all of the issues.. just wanted to share my good experience.

Also.. help me decide what to get with the $100.
 
Thats so sick! They hooked me up a couple weeks ago through ns with a gift card for no reason. Starting to like them over Jiberish honestly after the experience I just had. "Quality" was shit, and they blatantly told me lies in the process of getting an exchange
 
yeah say what you want about the people wearing saga or the looks of saga. You have to admit that they are one of the nicest companies in skiing.
