Wow! That is some real strange shit right there. I feel sorry for the families involved. I don't understand why they would mention marajuana. You don't lace that shit unless you charge more (in which case the dealer would tell you, like a selling point) or lace it for personal use. That dude knew what he was taking when he took it. Weed is not the criminal, although due to lack of reasonable evidence to keep it criminal the powers that be feel it necessary to make it seem more sinister.
