yeah a few days ago we snuck over to a closed off run way back in the hill and the lfits were closed down so that ski p wouldnt come and knock down our jumps and we built some decent jumps and then one day a snowmobile came up there and we all got caught but we didnt get in any trouble and the people on the snowmobiles were all like wow this park is really good its better than our it made us all feel good

Try to work your way into the system. Get a job in the parks department. Put on paper why you don't like it and make it professional with legitimate concerns. Give this stuff right to management, and let them know you want to help make it better- don't just complain like the rest of the brats on this site. Then, help out when you can and get your friends involved.

Management likes numbers and bullet points- specific and professional. "It just sucks" doesn't work for any business. And this is a business after all.

ACT don't TALK

We got a new manager like 5-6 years ago and things got better every year, especially since we got snowmaking, then 3 years ago the first kid that had twins around here (who is also a perfectionist) took over as park manager and one of the main groomers and ever since it's been sick as fuck. Back to back 50' step downs and a 60-50-40-30-20 line plus a kid's section and other small stuff. Every year he builds it bigger and bigger and me and him just keep learning bigger and smoother stuff. It's awesome.

I dont know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
