Best way to build a box for your backyard?

I want to build a box with pvc pipes or something of the sort for my backyard. Whats the best way to build it solidly and cheap?

i will be an Ns maverick and be helpfulThis is what i did: first, i got a piece of wood about the same width as the PVC that i was putting as a sliding surface and the same length. then i ducttaped the pvc to the wood, so that it didnt move while i was screwing it on. then i just made a frame to attach below the rail to keep it higher off the snow. tada!
