Best video editing app?

What's everyone use for an app to edit clips on their phone for Instagram edits, etc. I used to use 'splice' but just got a new phone so want to see what everyone thinks is best.

Only negative e I found to splice was that if you wanted to put a still image in, it couldn't be for any less than 5 seconds. Share your thoughts!

Best is to just edit on computer then email it to your phone.

Do you have an Iphone? if so once you email it to yourself how do you download it onto your phone in order to post it in insta?

adobe rush is rly good and pretty easy to use

inshot. free version is great and easy to use. it's way better than imovie
