Annecy is probably the most beautiful place I've ever been to, and your big local resort would be La Clusaz - so you could turn into Candide!! It's also not far into the 3 valleys either, but also has it's own mini resort of Semnoz that's pretty good for local hits.
 
Innsbruck or idk if you could study something in English in Andorra but that also would be tight. I went to Salzburg and it was sweet, but no ski hills in the immediate vicinity of the city. I went knowing that I wanted to travel to many different ski areas, so this was fine for me. Also there’s some banger backcountry there

Innsbruck , Austria from February-June , basically "Summer Semester" you get everything, sick summer , sick spring , sick pow.
