Pretty much everything is better when you move out, except that you have less money. It's totally worth it though. Make sure you have good roommates though, bad roommates are far, far worse than living with Mom and Dad.

Im 23, well employed, and i live with my parents. Its not that bad. Pros and cons of me moving out listed.

Pro.

I could bang my girlfriend in my house and not just make quiet love.

I wouldnt have to go outside and "hide" to smoke.

I would have to food shop for myself (id eat healthier)

Con.

Id be paying rent to someone that wasn't my family.

Id have to cook every meal (my mom makes killer dinners).

Id have to make my own lunch (my mom is dope).

Besides food,sex, and substances nothing would change. I take care of all my other expenses and I give my parents comparable rent to a two bedroom apartment.

Pros for me would be walking around without clothes, not having to be quiet when doing the bump n grind, having as many animals as my landlord will let me, having people sleep over whenever, and I can be tripping balls/stoned as shit and not have to worry about hiding it.

Cons would be doing my own laundry, I don't know why but I just fucking hate it. I'm so lazy about making food, if I didn't have someone making it for me most of the time, I'd probably starve. I'm pretty handy when it comes to fixing things but I refuse to clean the bathroom, luckily I'm a female and its never that dirty. And fucking paying rent. Forgetting to pay the electric bill sucks when you suddenly have no lights or toaster oven and you're high out of your mind and you're starving.

Overall I like it a whole hell of a lot better than living with my parents.

Fuck laundry. I didnt have a laundry machine in my house the first year that I lived here and it was the worst thing ever. I did laundry like twice a semester, god damn fucking laundromat.
