a buddy of mine told me that the best thing u can do for it is choping and cooking up some ginger root and rubbing em over ur shins, he says it worked for him and another friend of mine backed him up
Is shin bang like some things where your shins get tougher over time and eventually you never really get shinbang, or is like other things where it gets worse and worse and they get weaker and weaker over time? ya nawmsayin
alright the ginger paste shit i think is working... it kinda has been stinging and burning a lil but not painful just sorta annyoing which i think is a good thing, and when i get up and walk around no pain, im skiing tommorow so hopefully it'l be all good
