I'm gonna say that it COMPLETELY depends on the edit itself

e.g. Half the songs used by Think Thank aren't that great, but they sound awesome when combined with awesome riding.
 
fudge, most epic song ever used was used by pollard like 4 years ago in his H/H edit and maybe ready fire aim, i think, it has like an indian feel to it, dope for powder

"All this Love" from Durtschi's part in Enjoy. Such a fun song, and it fits the tone of the part perfectly.
 
AH shit nvm I completely thought it was the other edit when I saw the preview picture but the other edit has some dope songs too...including the one I posted.

i still think my favorite song in an edit would have to be citizen cope- son's gonna rise... someone posted an edit that they made for Aspen a year or two ago and the song was so perfect, maybe ill try to find it at some point. I also love edits to cope's "let the drummer kick", such a fresh song.
 
obviously it depens on the edit itself, but some i can remember are:

dancing with myself for the afterbang intro (snowboard vid)

joker and the thief for the intro of ski porn!

and Paranoid android (radiohead) in the ROmain de Marchi segment in Vivid!!!
 
i'm not sure if you're being sarcastic, but i actually kind of agree with you, I liked that song, and it was perfect for the segment with travis redd with all the timelapses and stuff
 
A Flock of Seagulls - Space Age Love Song in Tanner's TBC part. Pure Classic and I haven't seen anything that tops it yet. Other than that, Da Rockwilder in Vinnie D's part in Propaganda.
 
i was being serious, it's the euro segment though, t-redd (aka master of zombie steeze) was the waldorf - you're my disco part. it does have a ton of sweet timelapses.

Today by junkie xl in durtschi's seg in yeah dude was solid. i also liked decipher reflections from reality by Playradioplay in the europe segment of enjoy. weird song but it worked well i thought
 
One favorite edit ever is the Hindi Drum & Bass Segment Chris Winter skis to in Parental Advisory if you don't know what I'm talking about you'd have to see it. Simple filming and editing of bigmountain ripping to an amazing song.

Shanghai Six was just a masterpiece in it'self.

There were lots of good songs in Not another ski movie with the whole ladytron thing.

WSKi 106 Another Classic, Royalty nuff said.

DL Incognito has accompanied some of the best segments ever between the likes of DC & Vanular

I loved Salad Days as a whole soundtrack.

Couldn't just name one good song or edit.

Ok, if you've ever been to the Banff Mountain Film Festival you know that the intro video is the most intense vid ever. The song would be perfect for a ski movie or a teaser.
