Ok so this is at least a couple months-a year off but i wanna buy a more versatile ski because this year im just skiing park skis and i feel like im not opened up to the rest of the mountain.

What is the closest thing i could get to a ski that is good in park but still floats kills in powder?
I was thinking maybe bacons or lizzies. but idk.

NS, what do you think?

probably any ski from the upper 90s waist up

moment tahoes would probably be the skinniest i would go

although no one here suggesting them has probably ridden them, its still probably a pretty good choice

moment ruby's are super fun in the park. i borrowed my friends one day so i havent been able to powder ski with them, but im sure theyre awesome

moment tahoes, volkyl bridges, bluehouse mr's, im biased towards the tahoes because i have them and their sick

The Bibby Pro model kills the park and the BC

It tracks on the groomers like its on rails and the soft tips are made to butter.

Blends or kung fujas. Even though they're kind of both different skis. I was fondling the kung fujas today though and they were soooooooo nice. Nice and soft, really sick graphics, perfectttt width. Would probably be a great everything ski if your looking for a buttery type ski. Blends are more of a stiffer, freeride/freestyle do everything ski. Kind of like a more freestyle version of the prophet 100's.

Blends

Kung Fujas

Elizabeth (if you can ride a 172 comfy)

Obsethed (?)

I dunno man, there are a lot of options out there. Any ski can perform as a park ski depending on what you do in the park.

I have blends, and from my experience they kick ass. there good and lightish in the park, and they float pretty good in the pow. By far the best thing about them is that they charge big pow lines and just destroy everything in their path. BUT they are hella stiff which i dont like, its makes smaller jumps pretty hard as far as landing goes, and butters are pretty close to impossible, unless your super big.

BTW i have 179s, im 6 2 and 165. I ski pretty aggresively too

Yea i was pretty bummed when i skied on them the first time. But if you mount them a little bit more forward than they flex better because they are softer at the ends, thats what my brother did with his and they are a lot better. On the other hand they did start to grow on because my old skis were super soft and when your charging huge shoots going really fast, you reallllllly do need a stiffer ski
