Best Season Pass??

So I am going to be in Denver next year for college, and am starting to look into what mountains would be best/most convenient. What season pass is the best value for a college student? Im not a park rat, so I want a pass for a mountain that leans more towards pow, big mtn, and sidecountry/good backcountry access stuff than park, but still has a decently fun park for those sunny and warm days. Thanks

without a doubt the epic pass. abay, keystone, brek, beaver creek, and vail. all for $500. But your not a park rat, in which case i wold probably recommend a loveland pass, its $300, i think, and about 20 minutes closer to denver then any other mountain. lots of pow, not very many people.

either epic/local pass or the rocky mountain pass will be good. epic passes have abasin, which has some good steeps, vail and beaver creek are both super fun on pow days, and you can even find some good stuff at breck, then you get breck and key for park. rocky mountain will get you copper and winter park, WP has good terrain, and copper has a bit of everything but less crowded than the other summit county areas. both their parks are good but not great...and i think you get a few days at steamboat as well.

forgot to say an important thing, figure out what more people who you think you'll ski with are getting, you don't want to be stuck with the pass no one has or else you'll be driving by yourself all the time.

Like as said above the epic pass is definantley the best i think. Depending on what you ride you can get just the a basin keystone pass for like 300 or id recommend the summit local for 4 somthin and you get unlimited breck key and a bay and some days at vail and beav

But you said you dont like park, id say go with the a basin keystone pass. a basin has all the big mountain you could want and hit the park at key once in awhile

Find out what your friends are gonna ride first...

Then get the epic pass. Vail is definetely the top resort for the best pow, backcountry, steep hills, and they even have a good park when the back bowls arent good.

I personally like breck the best but i ride more park, but i like how at breck you can ride a little of everything and most runs end with the park.

Also if you get the epic pass you will never get bored with the amount of mountains are on it, where as copper and loveland could get boring after a while

epic local its way cheaper then epic and you still get unlimited a basin kestone and breck but only 10 days at vail.
