Best Resorts Closest to So Cal??

My work wants to send me to So Cal for a month in January...
I'll be in Anaheim, what are the best resorts to hit up? Are there any legit mountain resorts with a few hours?
I live in MT, so this was kind of poor timing on their point...
 
Bear is more legit, especially since one pass started counting for both mountains, but Mt High is worth checking out as well for sure, got some really cool features and the whole mountain is a park. Just don't go to Snow Valley lol.
Also if you haven't been to Mammoth it is definitely worth the drive.
