Best park and hand rails?

i'm going to be in tahoe around Christmas and would love to find some handrails to shred while i'm out there. just wondering if anybody would care to disclose the location of any rails around the area.

Also, i'm buying a multi-pass thing meaning my lift tickets are valid at northstar, alpine meadows, squaw and a couple others. I know there has been a lack of snow in the region until a recent dumping so i'm guessing that all the parks may not be entirely built. i'm wondering which resort typically has the best early season park set up.

Any info would be appreciate.

ill be there pretty much this entire winter, hit me up if you want someone to ride withi personally like northstars park, its crammed with boarders but still decent, ive heard squaws is awesome, but havent been there in a couple of seasons
 
looks like we're in the storm track for a while, but as soon as it lets up the parks will be built EVERYWHERE. Boreal will kill it first, then Northstar and Alpine... squaw's park is sick, but they lag building it. Basically, for jibs you want boreal and the star, for jumps its all about the Pine!
