Best North American Vacation Resorts

Okay so sometime over winter break I will be going with my dad and brother on a ski vacation to some mountain in North America. So far I've been to Vail, Whistler Blackcomb, Squaw, Snowbird/Alta, and Jackson Hole so we most likely won't be going to any of those places.

I'm looking to ski the most difficult inbounds terrain but there has to be enough for a 5 day trip.

Any suggestions?

whitewater, lake louise, sunshine and norquay are all really close to eachother and have amazing amazing steeps and whitewater has some of the best snow anywhere in north america

for a huge fucking resort consider the canyons. I skied three days there and there were enough steeps to keep me quite entertained, plus if you're feeling confident and adventurous theres a few really gnar locations beyond some of the ropes that are within resort boundaries. we stumbled upon some very very large and named cliffs in questionably roped off areas that were obviously sendable, just you couldn't get caught doing so. the plain size of the place is enough to keep you entertained for a while too, theres much to be found.

considering you do stay at the canyons, you can be at solitude, brighton, park city, and a handful of other resorts with a short drive.

Big Sky, Montana or Squaw Valley. Those would be my first and probably only 2 choices if I were in your position
