The Left - Gas Mask. Just randomly came across this album that came out less than a month ago and all I have to say is thank god. It's real hip hop, in its purest form, and you don't find albums like this very often, definitely none that have come out in years. The whole album is awesome so here's a couple random tracks off it. Also to the op, I know it's really frustrating in this day and age to be a fan of Hip Hop with thousands upon thousands of awful tracks being pumped into the media circuit. With that said, you can find real Hip Hop even now, it just takes a little more effort and maybe even some luck. A good start is a journalism company called Waxpoetics. They constantly write articles on new artists and albums that will never be heard by the majority of music listeners, if you want good Hip Hop this is a good place to start. http://www.waxpoetics.com/
Another source that I use is Zion I. AmpLive constantly posts great Hip Hop, Zion I is still producing amazing music, and if you follow who they are working with you will begin to notice a much larger network of incredible underground Hip Hop.
