Best mountain right now

I'm going on a day trip skiing tomorrow with my dad. Where trying to figure out what mountain to go to. Which has the best conditions right now? I'm from Massachusetts and would like to keep the ride to under 3 hrs considering its only a day trip. We skied Cannon mountain in NH for years and may head up there for the day. Any help would be appreciated.

i really dont ski many places so I can't compare to anywhere else

Mount Snow has really nice snow now, and lots of terrain and faces for every skill level. Jay peak is a bit far up for a day trip. I would also recommend Okemo, which is a bit further North than Mount Snow.

magic is the best mountain in southern vt and it has good coverage so if you like shredding natural terrain then go there
