I usually stay in hotels that have a high percentage of me getting shot, robbed, or at the very least finding a crack pipe.

But Embassy is pretty chill. I usually send the cocktail hour pretty hard.

The points system is great and all but I have never had good scrambled eggs at any of their properties.

Holiday Inn Express is the value play right now. Usually decent locations, clean updated rooms, breakfast at a pretty budget price-point.

Holiday inn/express hit’s the middle class nail on the head. Not run down, breakfast, not too expensive. I remember if you’re skiing in Summit (more Eagle county) the one in Eagle was $100. That’s a drive but waaay cheaper than getting a hotel at Vail or Bewver Creek
