Best low cost/model canon eos to buy?

I'm currently looking for a new camera and im short on money, i need to know which canon eos is the best model that sells for a cheap price?? I have been looking at the 450d 500d and 50d? anything will be helpful.

what is the difference between the rebels and the eos, is the rebel a powershot?

Holy Jesus. Just stop beginning so fucking lazy and go on Canon's website...All Rebels are EOS (electro-optical system), but not all EOS's are Rebels. All Rebels are not a powershot, neither are any powershots Rebels.
Rebel = Consumer SLRPowershot = Point and shoot camera, not SLR's
