or you could make one for super cheap and it will do the same thing as that , just not look as fancy

No, it really isn't. My friend has this a snowmaker, and all I can say is, holy shit. We have a hill about 150' by 30', and this thing will cover it with a foot of snow in one night. All off of a regular home garden hose, and a pressure washer. Crazy expensive, but there is absolutely no way you could make one this good homemade.
