Heard they’re good, why is it a limit, what’s with them?

The "limit" he's referring too is you cornering yourself into picking one brand for boots. Full Tilt does make some good boots, but they still not be right for you.

Go to a bootfitter and listen to their recommendations, regardless of the brand.

I ride the Descendant 4 with some custom foot beds and molded liners(Intuition Liner). I do like them because I have a little wider foot and they work for me. Now what works for me, probably wont work for you. Go try on every single boot you can get your hands on, no matter what brand and find the one that fits and works for you. If you can swing it, go see a fitter. They will steer you in the right direction. Good luck

this guy. He’s right. Don’t have any bias when getting new boots. If it’s comfortable, who cares what brand it is

Why limit yourself to crappy plastic, poor buckles, excessive forward lean, no stiffness, and a great marketing team?

If they work for you, they work, but there’s definitely better options

I wasn’t really thinking about buying them because I have Salomon spro‘s.

sorry that title was pretty misleading

Title says it all. Can’t find the difference between all the models

OP never suggested he was going to go buy whatever high end Full Tilt All mountain freestyle boot. He simply asked what model was the premium because he could not find the differences. Just answer his damn question and leave the soap box at home.

Ascendant.

IMO the First Chair line is my preferred. Go with the 8 or 10 depending on what stiffness you're looking for, eventually it will get softer. Been riding Konflicts with the 8 flex for years now. Only considering a new option due to the fully replaceable soles.

dabello pantera 120's have changed my life

Dalbello Panterras are the perfect boot for my foot, the wider fit at 120 is still perfectly stiff. Can not recommend dalbello enough. But as always go get your foot fit into the right boot

I too have a wider foot

did the custom footbeds make a big difference ?

They help for me, I have a wide but thin foot with a high arch so I have had to add some shims(other inserts)underneath them to get the fit around the top of my feet.

Why are you looking at full-tilts for all-mountain skiing? They only have one line that's somewhat an all-mountain ski boot, the Descendant Series, but why not look at other boots, there's companies that specialize in all-mountain ski boots...

ascendants are good boots if they work

OP, also look at fc 10s for a more narrow last
