Best helmet for crowbars?

hey guys, what is the best helmet for crowbars? I cant go to stores because I live in so cal. Best stores that are near are like sport chalet which have maybe 3 or 4 selections of helmets from ten years ago haha. So i gotta buy online. Also, this is pretty useless but what color helmet would you get if you have white crowbars w/ fire lens, orange jacket and white pants? Thanks alot!

I hate it when my goggles are to tight on my face. Oakley has kind short strapes. How does a M or L g10 fit with the strap outside the helmet?
