Best Halfpipe East Coast

jus moved back to the ice coast from Copper, rode KTown last Feb and the pipe was absolute garbage I was extremely disappointed cuz it was pretty decent a few years ago when I lived there.

So where is the best pipe gonna be this season? Superpipe preferred. i'll get down on a decent quarterpipe too.

Loons pipe is almost always the first to open in the east and its always well cut, I don't ride it until the spring time though to avoid solid ice walls, but you'll find that anywhere on the east

Checking in from PA and its a similar story. Both of the mountains I ride at here axed their pipes a couple years ago anyway

Loon's is I'm pretty sure, Sunday River's used to be (not anymore), not sure about Mt Snow's

The new pipe at Sunday River seems to be a large part of the new park, so there is the possibility it gets a little more attention then it did in the past

stowe still builds a superpipe. Wouldn't call it the best, but big pipes seem to be disappearing. One wall gets decent sun come spring but the other is typically glacial.

yea but there is new blood coming in this year for PM and hopefully he will do well. I think my friend said he was coming from the midwest (or outwest) so hopefully its going to be some much more thought out shit than what they do year after year.. and hopefully they actually maintain a park

This...but 7 has a nice super and sometimes a fun standard pipe (which gets better sun) and good parks. Being in western pa its not as cold as new england so in general one of your best bets on any given day.

Halfpipes are a dying breed. Seems ridiculous after it becomes an olympic sport.

Pipes just 'drain' money. I can only think of 2 in all of western canada. (Whis and COP). Plus they're scary as balls

pretty much exactly what Nashoba did they got the guy from Mammoth i think it was and now look they're ballin out.I mean I guess you can't expect any less from Boston sports...
