What's up my fellow degens? I've been out of the game for a bit and need to know what goggle models are the go-to now. Seems that A-Frames and Crowbars are a thing of the past lol. Any alpha is appreciated

spherical lenses went out of style. most guys wear cylindrical now. some still swear by them, but getting replacement lenses can be pretty expesive. helmets also got smaller compared to the bulky poc receptors of the past.
my go to are oakley line miners, on my third pair. some fogging, but as long as you dry them all is good. frameless are also quite desirable now too. my entire fam is rocking the oakley fall lines.
lens tech has also changed. oakley is doing prizm, dragon has lumalens, smith has chromapop, spy does happy lens. better contrast compared standard lenses.
what best is what fits your helmet and/or your face tho. choose what comfiest and what you can see the best out of

Oakleys Hi Pink Prizim (used to be pink irdium) is the GOAT of lenses.

As a huge goggle skeptic who hasn't bought a pair in 20 years (always ride with shades when possible), I got a pair of Line Miners this year based on recs by people at NS and I will say they are excellent. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the money I paid considering there are goggles that cost twice as much.

You can listen to everyone’s take on what they think is the best, but the best for you is the one that fits your face. Buy a recognizable / legit brand for sure, ton of no name companies are making goggles.
Go to a shop and try stuff on, bring your helmet if ya rock one. Most brands have high end / quality lenses in their lineup. Oakley is def holding it down with the prizm line for an all in one lens.
