"Best Friend" screwed me over

im so sorry! that is so shitty, im glad your both ok tho! what kind of friend does that?!?! sounds like an ass hole to me. i hope none of my friends never do this to me! +++ vibes to you in court!

[To the OP] that sucks that your car got totalled and you had to go through all this bullshit. but karma totally owned the other guy, i dont know him, but i hope he gets fucked over for this. thats a dick move wrongfully blaming the other guy, when he's right there and can't say anything, especially when its such a serious thing.
 
he already fucked you over so its time to sever all ties. file an appeal (I have no idea how traffic court works...) and then just say he was trying to illegally pass you and cut in front of you to avoid the other car. You don't have to admit to racing him.
 
this is a pretty good idea

the whole thing has worked itself out and you dont want this floating around on the web for anyone to see
