best free web provider?

hey this doesnt really have anything to do with NS but i thought this was the place to ask. i have a cool ski site ready but i cant find a good (free) provider. i was using tripod but that doesnt work with frames plus it changes the location of stuff on the page. so can anyone tell me what a good free provider is?

Search Google for 'Free Web Hosting' and go through all the ones that arent too hokey looking.

Pick the ones with the less obtrusive banner ads and such.
