This man was a machine. Last man to die in a F1 race. Old school raw racing. Might not float NS's boat, but thought i would offer it up for NS to decide for themselves.

Super High production value. Documentary can be had in Bluray form off piratebay or SD from netflix i believe.

One of the few movies I have a urge to buy even after torrenting. Its amazing, seriously just amazing.

Your a fuckwit. Have you ever watched F1. Going 300 km/h while driving about 10cm away from other cars.
How about you go and get in your can and drive as fast as it will go and then tell us how boring it is.

done and done. even more boring than i anticipated. feel asleep behind the wheel at 320 km/h. woke up in first place on top of the fucking podium getting my dick sucked by the bitch who waves the checkered flag. you mgiht know her as your father.

You must be pretty awesome and have heaps of friends. Im surprised ive never heard of you. Then again I dont make much room in my life for some little whining bitch, who sit at home all day thinking how awesome you are. While you hate on everyone and don't appreciate anything in life that you can't do. Which i'm guessing apart from hating on amazing people and jerking off to your own reflection in the mirror isn't much.

Anyone think the guy who says "We are competing to win" at 1:01 looks and sounds like Kevin Rolland? Sounds totally like Rolland, in terms of phrase and tone/sound of voice

you are one of the meanest most ruthless jerks i have ever encountered on this site! and by the way it's a double mirror and i also film it... while coming in first in one of those faggot ass races your so pumped up over.

mommy, layin' it down as usual. I'm definitely going to check this out on Netflix, thanks for the trailer.

even if you dont enjoy formula one the movie is so well done that if youre a film buff, you should check it out. I found myself about 3/4 way through the movie suddenly realizing that I am not actually standing next to the events unfolding, that is literally the first time that has happened to me. Amazing movie as a whole, was made for japanese market but has made its way out of japan via film festivals.

I need to watch this.. Senna really is the best athlete or any kind ever. his mindset in competition and desire to win, push himself, and be faster and better than everyone else is unlike any other athlete i can think of. that and his ability to drive and race a car was on another level from even many other F1 drivers.and who he was outside of the car played a big part into how good of an athlete he was. nobody even comes close!

without knowing about this film, i checked out his crash, ratzenbergers fatal crash the day before and barrichellos near-fatal crash two days before.

that weekend was cursed, although i dont believe in stuff like that. something was clearly wrong that year in imola. its not like one or two guys died every year in this era. after the mid-80s safety standards got way better and what i remember ratzenberger was the first dead f1 driver since 82 or so.

just to clarify how weird it is that 2 (almost 3) guys die on the same weekend, even in 94.

but i guess it somehow needed a high-profile guy like senna to die just to have a higher urge of improving safety standard to the crazy level that it is today, kubica pretty much survived this crash with minor injuries and what i remember wanted to race a week earlier but was turned down from doctors for precautionary reasons.

just recently there was a death in the one of the lower tier formula 2000/3000 series, death can still happen behind the wheel of an open wheel race car. Senna was the man though. If the Hans device was around when senna crashed, he might be living today.

ill be damned. I never knew anything stabbed his helmet. I knew he got fucked up from the suspension smacking his head into the headrest of his car but never knew anything got into him. None the less, Massa got smashed in the face with a suspension spring a few years back and lived to race again, he races poorly now granted but still racing I guess.

Such a sick movie.
Senna got real unlucky. piece of the suspension got flicked up and struck his helmet. If it had gone a few inches higher or lower he would have survived.
When these cars crash they hit so hard. you can see in the vid above the cockpit itself kept its shape goes to show how strong they are. Its the g forces in the crash that usually kill the drivers.

i was a real schumacher fan back in the day, i still remember the moment when he finally equaled the record that senna held and he broke into tears during a press conference. It was a completely different side of the schumacher we always saw...
I'm quite sure senna was a rolemodel for all those guys, even today i'm quite sure that every F1 driver would put Senna on the alltime #1 ! even schumi!

Bump because I just watched it and it was fucking unbelievable ... I still have shivers re watching the trailer.

Best pilot who ever drived, hands down.

Seriously, even if you're not into motorsport, you should watch it. (there's a free version on a chinese streaming site if anyone wants the link)

RIP Ayrton

I urge all you nsers to check out the website and see if this movie is playing in your city this month. Even if you dont like racing, its one of the greatest documentary films in recent years.
