Best dimensions for a rail

ok,so I have a drop in about 5 feet tall and a 7 foot long metal flat bar but I'm getting really bored of that rail.I was wondering what the best dimensions you guys think for a rail would be.How many pvc pipes wide?how long?how tall?I was thinking like 9 or 10 long and 2 or 3 pvcs wide by 1.5' tall.
 
definitely not 10 feet long, you can't do a whole lot of tricks on it. I would recommend around 15 feet and the width of the PVC depends on personal preference
 
If speed is not an issue heres what I think is an ideal shotgun rail:

->1-1.5' tall

->20' long

->2 1.5" pvc pipes

Theres my summer project.
