Best Conditions In Europe?

I'm currently in Dublin. Where would the best place to travel to for skiing between now and early December?
Cheers.

If you love skiing, travel to the Zillertal in Austria. Right now they have probably the best preseason jumps on the Hintertux Glacier (check out Jons blog in a couple days, he's gonna be there). Also they have Mayrhofen. This town is a real skitown with a lot of partying and a lot of newschoolers to hang out and ski with. By the end of november Mayrhofen will already offer an awesom railppark and some good midsize (30-50ft) kickers. They will be the first to open a Big Line probably already by mid december. Also they have an insane BC, but usually it gets good from mid januar....

enjoy it bro, go there!

thanks for the tip. i checked into flights and it seems that salzburg would be the best bet. although it seems almost impossible to reach without a car?

also look for schladming.it has a lot of nearby resorts and the dachstein glacier is opening its park soon i think.flachauwinkl is close too.i dunno for nightlife though

Mayrhofen/Kauntertal is definately a good option. There's a few other decnt glacier parks around and about too. A little bit outside the box, you should maybe see what you can find in the Pyrenees- this is the best early season they've had for >100 years and currently have more snow than anywhere else in the world. Check out the thread on tgr entitled "Snow for the euros" where there is good up to date info about conditions-here's the link few photos from the pyrenees taken in the last couple of days...
