Best choice for CU Boulder residence hall

Hey guys, so I got my housing assignment a few weeks ago and I got placed into Hallett hall's diversity program. Is this a cool dorm with parties, cool peeps, etc. I really liked how its so central and close to everything but buckingham in Kittredge looks way nicer and I heard the dorms are bigger and they offer single rooms so I wouldn't have to share. Is hallet cool or should I request a hall change to buckingham?

I'm pretty sure hallett has a whole floor for people who are gay/lesbian and that might be what the diversity program is. I didn't know anyone that lived there, so I dunno what the hall is like. just giving you a heads up maybe look into the program more and transfer if it isn't your thing

if i would do it again i would live in soul or farrand. Farrand because its badass and smack dab next to farrand field or sewall because its closer to the hill and has the best dining hall and big ass rooms. i lived in cheyho, it was fun but pretty ratchet

you'll be set in pretty much any of them surrounding farrand field. keep in mind they're kinda separated my academic subject, i remember that baker was like natural sciences and i think libby was arts, don't know about any of the others tho. i'd stay away from kitt and willville

Yeah you're going to want to bail on the 'Diversity' floor. Hallett is great (where i lived) but that section isn't the best bet for finding like minded people....unless you're 'diverse'.
