Best camera for high quality film

i think the canon t1i films as low as 20fps or something. modern cameras mostly shoot at 60 fps. good on you for breaking out of the mould though!
 
The Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera is goign to be your best option for a cheap and small camera with amazing 1080p at 24fps and 30fps. Its sensor captures 13 stops of dynamic range and you can also shoot in proress or raw. the only draw back is the m 4/3 sensor and crop factor. but it beats any dslr under 10,000 imo
