Best camcorder under $250

what do you guys think, based on expierience, would be my best bet? i am looking for a decent camcorder but don't want to spend a fortune. I was looking at the Samsung SC-MX20. and i like it a lot as far as features and design. It was an awesome grip thing that rotates so it would be perfect shooting at low levels without having to bend down.

What other options would you guys suggest?

There aren't really any great camcorders available for that price. You can get a camera that will take footage and have very little manual features, which I'm guessing is what you're looking for. Avoid harddrive cameras. Tape is probably best for intro, but SD cards aren't a terrible option either.
