His name is Tom Zakos, he works at Bothell Ski and Bike in Bothell (seattle) you can call at 425-486-3747. I was having HORRIBLE shin bang, like I was missing school and I have scars on my shins and feet from blisters. I brought my boots in and he put in custom foot beds, heel lifts, arch supports, ground the shell, heat molded the liners, and a number of other things. They have a pretty sick shop too.

You would be surprised these boots had been "fitted" twice before. But Tom really went the extra mile, it was just refreshing to find a boot fitter who really takes pride in his work.
