Best bindings to ski on overall

Title says it all. I want something that is sturdy but not to heavy and looks dope. I currently have the rossignal axial 2 120 I wanted the fks 140 but they were put last year I had the marker squire and I hated them they broke causing my ankle to go with it. thanks +k for good feedback

The retention heel of the FKS is the fucking tits. It's saved my ass a few times for sure. No idea why anyone wouldn't go with the turntable heel over anything else. It's just the pinnacle of function and durabillity and they all but eliminate prerelease. They're fkn pretty too.

The only Salomon bindings with a "full metal toe" are the STH16 Steel, 920s, and older 916s.

The STH16 does not have a metal toe.

Besides touring bindings, I only ski on Rossignol FKS's.

As mentioned above, the current Look Pivot's are the same as the current FKS bindings except for color/markings.

fks or pivots is all I would ever ski on. the smaller mount pattern means you have less of a dead spot on the ski, which means more pop right behind your heel, exactly where you want it.

Really? Does this dumb fucking discussion need to be rehashed over, and over and over again. Despite what little queerbaits on NS think, they are all pretty equal in performance with some small differences. It's all preference.

Admittedly I don't like marker heels, But that's because I'm a fucking beater. A lot of kids think the STH(driver) series is not good because they saw Simon Dumont come out of them one time. For the most part a lot of kids are on FKS purely to trend whore.

But again. It's all personal preference. Every binding out there has had some pretty burly shit go down on it. Most people her will never REALLY put an appropriately specced binding to it's limits.
