According to the Salomon shop manual for 06/07, someone who is 5'10" and 185lbs, with a 345 BSL should be set at 6.5
However, you were bumped down the chart because of your height, you go first by weight, and then if the person is shorter than the 'zone' for that weight, they are bumped down the chart. If you were to say you are 5'11" and 185lbs, you should be set at 8...sooo it's a judgement call, maybe split the difference and set 'em at 7.25?
