Best available phone camera

I'm just trying to casually clip up the boys every once in a while, right now I've got a pixel 3 that stutters when it's cold out (always).

Does anyone have a recommendation for good phone video?

i have the 14 pro max, can confirm the footage is crazy nice and the internal stabilization is quality

The newer pixels are much better, but the iphone still has an edge on it. The 13 and 14 are basically identical so you could save some cash on a 13

The Sony Xperia 4 or the PRO but the first is 1600 not on sale and the other is 2000. Regarded easily as the best phone camera system ever constructed. First to have a true optical zoom implemented.
