Best apartments/complexes in SLC

Hey yo...

Haven't lived in SLC since like 2007. Long story short, will be back there. Looking to rent an apartment with my girlfriend. She will be doing grad school at U so keep her drive like 20min max...so in the belt loop I guess for location.

Where are the good parts. Where are the bad parts. Good complexes? Bad ones? Minimal Mexicans?

Rent a house/duplex, cheaper and there are tons of places close to the U.

we live in a 4 unit building right in sugarhouse by 2100s, each unit having 2 bedrooms. we have the two top units taken over but i think a downstairs one is opening up soon (lady just moved out). pretty reasonable rent and good location. would rather have skiers in there than some weirdos or another mexican family of 10

I still have a few months till we make the move. So nothing soon. I don't blame ya for wanting some normal people around.

To expand your odds of observing a spot that will not preclude you for having a felony friendly apartments, search for rental open doors where you will manage the proprietor and not a property administrator or realtor.
