Best all-around condition Lense?

Gonna be looking into making my first set of C-bars soon, and want to know what the best all-around condition lense would be?

From searching the best suggestions so far would be:

pink irdium

blue irdium (a little darker)

I want something more oriented to sunny days since it is more common, but want that its works good when it gets later and the clouds roll in and cause bad lighting to see terrain (that's called flat light I think).

Thanks in advance!

Persimmon. There is a reason why it is standard on all goggles....

And pink iridium? LOL no. Terrible for sunny days. Blue iridium would be better, its a better performing lens than persimmon, but persimmon is still the standard all around lens.

And they make it the cheapest because it is a good all around lens. Cheap does not equal bad. And like I said before, pink iridium is a terrible sunny day lens.

i use persimmon as my only lens, granted I'm east coast which usually means cloud or night time conditions. But i've never been blinded by light nor blind due to darkness.

lol they dont make it the cheapest because its the best... thats just an absurd statement. You get what you pay for.

hi yellow is really good at night and in any kind of flat light. You can be blinded a little on a bright day but not enough to really bother you.

So now there is three suggestion:

Hi Yellow

Pink iridium

Blue Iridium

From what I have been reading, these are all all-around condition lenses. Yellow is just slightly more night oriented, pink is the basic all-around, and blue is a little more sunny oriented. Correct?
