Best accomodation for 3-4 months around Breck???

Anyone got any good ideas for accomodation options for 3-4 months?

I'm thinking about coming over from Australia sometime at the end of this year/ early 2013. I realize that most leases last for a 6 moth period or longer so that's not really an option.

Does anyone know how people feel about renting rooms etc for that period of time?

Any info would be super helpful!

Keep an eye on craigs. lots of people in and out during the season with people needing someone to jump into a room or couch..
