Bern Macon; Yes or No?

I need a helmet for this season and was thinking of Bern, but I'd like some opinions on this helmet.

I'll be getting it from Backcountry.com, the one with the red bandana liner which I will take out cause it looks shit. But it's the only one with EPS foam, and it's only $60.

How will it fit with Oakley Crowbars?

i got the baker whit crowbar and the fit great. But my friend got the macon and he wear google under helmet and he like it.

Yeah man, the macon is a sweet helmet, with some fresh looks and good ventilation. you know the deal with the EPS which is cool, have you checked evogear too?

Not to be a downer for everyone. but the shop in Golden has some, last season my friend was working and a helmet fell, shattering all over the place.

It can just be one of the odd helmets.

I've never used one, plus he later bought one, the shell seperated from the foam.

Do what ever you kids want, but remember, function before fashion

buy it! i was in your postion about a month ago. helmet fits super nice and looks dope with crowbars.

Then it did what it is designed to do, if that's the case. Helmets are meant to be one hit and throw away, or a 3year life and then buy a new one. It's that simple.
