Beginner rails in Anchorage?

Question for those that know:

I'm tired of trying the stuff @ Hilltop everyday & I can't afford Aleyska/Alpenglow. Are there any decent rails in Anchorage (maybe close to the colleges)? I'm looking more for a rail that would be possible for a newcomer to rails (like me, cause I can't really slide em' for shit). I don't fall, I just slip off after about 10 feet or so, just can't stay on the damn things. Anyway, let me know if there is any forgiving rails in my area I can go jib on.

Thanks,

Tim

Found a sweet little rail on APU Campus, safe from cops/security/ect. Already has a kicker built right onto it. Pretty steep rail(2 rails about a sidewalks width apart. 15 ft long round. Straight. Snow is deep all around it and in stairwell. I'll be busting my ass on it until I get it I guess. That gate at hilltop is pretty sik. I can do the 1st part until the 1st bend then I always bail to the right.
