Sup guy,

I have been trying to progess a lot in my skiing lately and a lot of that progression is just mental, and I found that usually when you think you are gonna stick something, you do. So what i was curious about it what do you guys think about right before you are about to hit something and throw really big, or try something new, you know what stuff goes through your head to make sure you don't think yourself out of the jump, would be helpful probably to a great many and interesting to know.

Personally, I try and just picture myself doing the jump, like make a mental video of what I want to happen and then just doing it. It's worked out ok thus far....

well for jumps i also picture myself doing the jump like a mental pic and consentrait on how im hucking it and not think about the pain or anything other than the jump then as soon as im in air i think about the landing, for rails i just do it and try stay balanced

i ussaly jsut do a trick that ussaly gets me stoked, big backflips or mistys get my blood pumpin most of the time, then after that my adrenilen is so high i will try anything new

i just picture myself throwing the trick also. i don't ever get scared to throw something new for some reason, which is nice. i also really try to concentrate on being stylie from the first time i try the trick, because it's not worth doing if it's not going to look good.

I'm usually thinking about doin' Hillary Duff. But when I'm skiing I pretty much do the same thing that everyone else has said. It does seem to work well.

I have a theory that all retards have one long tendon that goes from wrist to wrist, so therefore that is why they always are screwin around with one wrist up, and the other one down.
