Beech Mtn Jan 14-16th

I think I'm going to head over there saturday just to check out the park and see how it's coming along. Too bad I'm a couple days early to ride with you though

I'm up at m friends cabin right now. Not raining ATM, and about 40*

We're going to wake up early tomorrow and if the weather is good, then go to beech in the morning.

I rode sunday, they had 4 rails/boxes in a single line, a hip and a table. Was pretty fun spring type riding. Some bare spots showing sunday, hate to think what today did to it but they still have lots of snow to push around

after the melt and the snow i don't think they got anything set up until saturday afternoon from what i heard. i was there today, they had short round rail, box, down bar, and small kicker set up in the park. all in a single line so it actually flowed pretty well, you maybe had to skip the down bar to hit the kicker. around 11 lift lines were a no go and it was hike a park for a while, but was holiday weekend so was to be expected.

hopefully temps drop this week and they can make snow on other trails. if they could get shit set up on meadows leading down to pb i would be happy. im a weekend warrior plus my first year i bought a pass at beech so i'm hoping they get it together

The melt this past week killed things. I was at App yesterday and it's finally starting to come together. It's hard to justify the longer drive to Beech when they have nothing set up. I really hope they get a good set up here soon though, I would love to check it out.

["]Beech does? ["] Yeah, I was up there over the weekend. Beech has a pretty sick 3 jump line. 20 ft, 20 ft, 35 ft step down The landing is really long and sweet so it offsets how big the step down is. I wish they had some more rails though. All they had was a flat box and flat urban rail. They could have a sick park if they set up more jibs since everything was set up pretty legit.
