Beartooth Pass skiing

Just wondering if it is allowed to ski on patches of snow in this area. Is it ski at your own risk or are there designated places? Does anybody on NS do this? If so where are the best places along the highway?

I've got some time to kill this week before I start my job in July and I'd like to head down there from Billings if its worth it. And I realized I already missed out on the summer session.
 
If you can see it, you can ski it. The area is closed down, but there are still turns to be had. Most of it's kinda gnar at this point though.
