alright, a few questions because i have no clue about bear

- how is there park, like is it like the best or anything?

- is it like unbelievably huge and over like 100 jumps

- do they get much snow, and if so, is it even cold during the winter there?

- how far is it away from usc and or a closer college

its about 3.5 to 4 hours with moderate traffic to bear mt from USC their set up is fckin sick, they have one of the best parks in the country, alot of boarders who just sit around though, the park is designed by the guy who designed the park for snow parkz, conditions are ok right now they got like 6 inches from the last storm system, but if u dont like waiting long lines dont go on a weekend and go to snow summit also at big bear

well i live there and last year the park was awesome.. but this year because of lack of snow it is all really small.. but still fun.. oh yeah i cnt forget to add ..population = 93657365723535

me and 2 other kids from here will be there early march im so stoked ive supposed to have gone like the last 2 years so im so excited.

big bear sucks ass. they have like 15 runs which most of them are short. there are a shitload of jibs and kickers, but since there is so much stuff it's hard for the park staff to maintain it and everything gets rutted out real quick. there are no skiiers in big bear. so cal has a huge population of gaper bitch snowboarder kids that think they're the shit and sit in the middle of every run and at the tops and bottoms of every feature. i believe they have gotten under 5 inches of real snow this season, and are currently operating on a 12 inch base of man made snow. at about 2:00 when shade starts to cover the mountain, it's a sheet of sheer ice. good luck landing switch. it's probably a good 3 hours from USC to big bear. i would recommend driving an extra 2 hours and just go to mammoth. i don't waste my time at bear.

bear is all right. no terrian at all but they try to make up for it with their park. from USC it should take 2.5 hours with no traffic. it's really not that far.

right now they have only one jump worth hitting (about 20 feet) and about 10-15 decent rails and boxes. i went up today and it was still pretty crowded with the holiday gapers but it'll die down soon. it's probably the best place in socal to ski - for a resort i mean.

Huge park...tons of snowboarders...long drive...by the way its only like 2 hours from LA but you gotta miss the traffic..and yes the snow has sucked down here this season so far...I would wait till it dumps again..and then go to Mt. Baldy for some real skiing. Or just drive 4.5 hours to Mammoth...
