I'm moving out there next year and I just wanted to know what it was like? How are the conditions? How are the people? What's the atmosphere like? Is it worth it to buy a seasons pass? I like to smoke a lot of weed and drink a lot of liquor and I skateboard too. Is is a good place for someone like that out there?

I ski there alot... and why Bear Mt. if you don't mind me asking. It's nothing compared to any other Ca resort besides Mt High. Tahoe, Shasta, Mammoth are all better.

It's not HORRIBLE, but once the resort closes, there really isn't anything. You might like it, once I finish my History degree I'm booking to Washington/Utah.

ride it 3 days a week. tons of progressive features and riders. get used to being swamped by "park skiing..." still catching on over here, everyone is a snowboarder. hit me up with a pm next season

2 good resorts, everyone is a stoner. Fucking lot of tweakers though. I actually know some tweakers who live up there and work on the mountain.
