does annyone know what to use as a drop in or rail. turf good? i want something like this rail

the rail is just pvc. its really easy to make a rail out of it. just mount it on a 2x4.

turf works fine for a drop in. im making one out of it right now. just wet it down before using it to get it slick.
 
last year our turf drop in didnt work to well you could barely make it to the jump. but pvc pipe where do u get that stuff
 
orange construction fence over turf works ok and so does like plastic latticeing over it if you get the right kind. if you want to make a box the plastic stuff on top is called hdpe. you can buy it online. 1/4 in will be fine for thickness
 
ok weve never tried soap so it will work with soap the spacing inbeetween the rail how much like 3 feet should the drop in down a ho;; or make one of theese

the pic of that rail looks good but use metal for the sliding surface. Its easier than people think to drill through, you just need to keep lubricating the spot where you are drilling to prevent the drill from overheating. Almost any newer standard drill will work. From the three rails i have helped to build, the pvc always ended up cracking and chipping. Steel ftw!
 
this thread is an epic fail. for one, u have posted more times in ur own thread than all the other people that posted combined. for seconds: USE THE FUCKIN SPACEBAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR GAWD SAKES, JUST USE THE MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!!!!! im so sick of this bullshit, more threads have been made about this topic than any other. and if ur run-in is not fast enough, make it faster. put some soap or bubble blower on it, the sudds help alot.
 
ya cause we have wooden rails and it would be great if i had some of that stuff our wooden ones are alittle low to the ground
 
In the time it took for you to create this thread, post pics, and reply to it ten times, you could have found 20 other threads with detailed plans and photos/videos of both drop in ramps and rails/boxes of every shape and size imaginable. Normally, I'd post links to the other relevant threads, but in this case, this is such an obnoxiously lazy repost that you can do it yourself.
The Build-a-Jib cult is joinable by anyone (I think) and has a ton of info.
Lastly, if you don't know what PVC is or where to buy it, you're 13 and have failed before you've started and you need to get dad/big bro involved stat.
