BC Near Colorado Springs

I already posted another thread onto ski gabber, but, what is the backcountry like around Colorado Springs? Possibly going to school at Colorado College, skiing is a factor in my decision making for sure.

go to CU we have a rad BC club that does trips everyweekend all over the state and allot of hut trips as well
