Battlefield 3 hype !!!!!

wow those graphics look so dope!!! i cant fucking wait the combat looked really good too.

i just hope i dont have to run fucking 5 miles per game
 
Deus Ex, Thief II.. My favorite games are hardly graphical powerhouses and I don't really care about graphics at all. You know what I want from a a modern generation game? No loading times. Screw graphics and gimmicks, give me a streamlined experience three seconds from the boot-up and I'm sold.
 
it is called evolution man. you live in the old world. it time to pass to something else, like a simili-real war game with almost real graphics,etc.....
btw bad comapny 2. it took me like 30 sec to click on the game and be in a server. 30 second is noting. juste be patient!!
 
amazon.com says the game is being released on dec. 31, 2011...... any word on a legit release date??
 
well i think that amazon put that as the date because there isn't a set release date yet. it's like when your clock resets and thinks it's 12:00 AM on January 1st.

could be, and yea i've heard a bunch of times this fall. I think I might have even heard it in an interview with the somebody from the development team. So I'll keep my hopes set for an autumn release.
 
I'm so stoked for BF: 3!!!
I just started playing Bad Company 2 after playing Black Ops and MW2, and its seriously so much better than Call of Duty its not even funny.

It is like battlefield 2 but its its supppeeerr awesome sauce. I loved battlefield 2, spent my youth playing that game. My gaming diet consisted of that game for like 2 years.

I haven't played much of any video games lately so i will get back into it again with this game for a lil while. Goodbye social life this november with BF3 and skyrim
 
You all are ridiculous. There is a reason many hyped up video games get released about a month before Christmass. There is also a reason many don't get released a week after Christmass.
 
Bad company and bad company 2 were legit too, man.
You should probably play those and get your mind blown at how destructible everything is before smashing into BF3.

Took the morning off so I can play it late tonight, 1.4mbs is kind of weak though.
 
yeah i just played a couple rounds

it's really sick

feels tighter than BFBC2, prone is sick, all the weapons and maps are sick so far, and the vehicles too. the levels ive seen so far are dope and look really good. i think it looks and plays a LOT better than the beta. and they changed some significant things from the beta.. like the sniper scope doesnt have that weird sway when you swing it left or right, and it's steadier than it was in the beta

one thing though--i don't see how you play hardcore mode. anyone know??
 
lol fucking game snobs... i dont even know what point you were trying to make but yeah, ive played BF before. a tiny bit of 42, bad company, and 2, and waay too much time spent playing 43 and bc2/vietnam pack

geteducated i wouldnt say it's completely different but it is pretty different from the beta
 
Just picked it up from Blockbuster. $7.99 to rent it for a month? Yes please. Does anyone know how long the campaign is supposed to be? I want to finish the campaign mode before I jump into multiplayer.
