Bases not flat

So after riding my rockers for probably like 10 days or so, I have noticed that they are wearing unevenly on the bases. (same on both skis) What I'm trying to say is that they arent flat. There are 2 raised portions running along the base of the ski (the long way) with a channel in the middle (I hope this makes sense its kind of hard to explain) Looks kinda like this __--_--__ if that is a cross section of the ski. I dont really notice a difference when skiign because they are park skis and they get destroyed anyway, but as far as I know ski bases are supposed to be flat lol. t certainly makes scraping the wax a pain in the ass. I brought them back to the shop I bought them at and the tech said he'd try and give them a base grind to see if that fixes it, and if that doesnt work he'll try to warranty them.

I'm not really sure what I'm trying to ask here, but should I expect a warranty? Is this a manufacturer defect? Or could it be cecause when the skis were mounted the shop bubbled the bases? (barely, and they fixed it)

Is it only under your bindings? it sounds like the screws are just a bit to long but not comming trough..

yep, smart thinking...

if it is, i think you can just have the shop loosen the screws a little but im not sure on that

No, it runs the entire length of the ski. The bubbled bases were fixed, and the raised portion doesnt coincide with the screw pattern, so it leads me to think it more of a manufacturer defect than a shop fuck up.

If it's bugging you a lot, contact the manufacturer
However, this might be easily fixable by a base grind... then again, if it is a manufacturer defect, you shouldn't be forced to spend money for something that should have been done right the first time.
Email them with pictures showing the defect, the worst they can say is no.
