Base warp?

It’s harder to see in the picture, but my base is getting wavy. The two darker shiny sections are raised up, while the rest of the base is flat. The only thing I can think of is maybe water got in those spots and froze. the matching ski is fine, its just this one. Does anyone have any idea what’s up with it?

your shop over drilled your bindings and the screws are protruding too far into the base. Ive had this happen before, its usually the heels

How deep was the shot that needed a base repair right in the middle of the raised spot? I'm guessing it was a full on core shot because it looks very much like some water got into your core, which made it expand. Depending how thick your bases are you might be able to grind it flat-ish, but the problem is probably going to persist.

your shop must have penetrated your skis with that screw like some bbc, find someone else.

base grind to get it as flat as possible. Skis are made of wood and will change shape over time
